Online booking

Online bookings are handled by Fresha. When you book through Fresha, your details are processed under Fresha's own privacy policy and shared with us so we can manage your appointment.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to enquiries, manage appointments, carry out treatments safely, keep accurate records, send appointment reminders and, only if you agree, send news and offers. We also use anonymous website data to improve our site.

Our lawful bases are: taking steps to provide a service you have asked for, our legitimate interests in running the clinic, our legal obligations, and your consent for marketing and non-essential cookies. Health information is processed only to provide your care and treatment.

Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We share it only with trusted providers who help us run the clinic, such as our website host (Squarespace), our booking system (Fresha) and our messaging services, or where the law requires it.

We keep client records for as long as we need them to provide your care and to meet legal and insurance requirements, then delete them securely. Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to deal with them.
